Service Timeline & Turnaround

Our standard turnaround time ranges between 5 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the service. Express service is available upon request for an additional premium.

Turnaround time is calculated from the moment your item is physically in our hands — either via drop-off or confirmed collection. Clients may or may not be contacted post-inspection unless notable issues are discovered.

Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

We offer pick-up and delivery services across all Emirates, with free service available for Dubai orders over AED 600. Orders below this threshold, and deliveries outside of Dubai (including other countries), will incur a delivery fee.

We operate using both in-house drivers and trusted third-party couriers. While you may request a specific collection or delivery time, it will be fulfilled subject to availability.

Inspection & Condition Reporting

Every item is inspected upon arrival. If damages not previously disclosed are identified, we photograph and document them before proceeding.

Clients will be notified if an item:

  • Can only be partially restored,
  • Cannot be restored at all,
  • Or requires additional work due to new discoveries.

Unless otherwise requested by the client, work will proceed without requiring formal sign-off. Post-restoration documentation is not provided by default.

Liability & Handling Disclaimer

Some items may be rejected upon inspection due to their material type or extreme condition.

Certain restorations — especially color work on delicate materials like Hermès Box Calf — may cause slight visual or texture changes.

Clients will always be informed if an item cannot be fully restored. By booking any service, the client automatically agrees to our terms of service, and acknowledges that The Refined Luxury accepts no liability for further damage, loss, or compensation under any circumstance.

Refunds & Service Guarantee

We do not offer monetary refunds for dissatisfaction with results. Instead, we offer a rework service, where applicable. There is no guarantee window unless previously agreed upon. We do, however, cover service errors such as:

  • Missed areas,
  • Incomplete cleaning,
  • Uneven finish, or
  • Paint peeling immediately after return.

If a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be returned to the original payment method.
