How long does a sourcing request take?
It depends entirely on what you're looking for. Common pieces can surface quickly; rare or discontinued items may take considerably longer. We'll be upfront about realistic timelines once we understand your request.
What happens if you can't find what I'm looking for?
We only ask you to commit once we've found a genuine match. If nothing surfaces, there's no obligation on your part.
